Our Live in Carers give up their own lives to live 24/7 in someone else's house, sometimes in the most difficult of situations, and we are very proud of the high standard of care and consistency that we achieve and provide. Our carers are treated with the utmost respect and are supported 24/7 to deal with any issues they may encounter. Many of our carers have been with us since we first started live in care. It is this efficient level of communication between managers, carers, clients, family members and other professionals which enables your loved one to be cared for and looked after impeccably.
Part of our policies and procedures is that the carers do take their breaks and carers found not to be complying with this could be faced with disciplinary action.
Please note our carers are NOT household staff their tasks are totally determined by the care plan which is derived by the client, Precious Support Services, carers and any other relevant professionals and family members. This is a living documents that is modified as required but a full review is carried out every 4/5 months.
